The 2025 harvest has come to an end. And we are now accepting orders for 2026 (our first cuts will start in late May or early June - Peonies!).

Wedding and Event Flowers are sold by the bucket.

Each bucket contains approximately 150 stems, or 5 bouquets.

Customization options include: bouquets, loose stems, vase arrangements.

We recommend ordering just a few buckets, then schedule a visit to the farm about 1 week before your pick-up so we can discuss your flower needs. You can always increase or decrease your order after your visit.

FAQS

1. What varieties will be available on my date?

We grow over 50 different varieties of indoor (greenhouse-grown) and outdoor specialty cut flowers. Please take a look at our gallery (made available upon request) where you can view hundreds of photos by time of season, color, type, and other filters.

2. What customizations do you offer?

All our wedding & event flowers are sold by the bucket and all orders are customized – you get to choose the colors/types/varieties that you like directly from our fields at the time of season!

Options include: loose stems, bouquets, or vase arrangements (you bring us your vases, and we arrange them for you).

3. How many flowers are in a bucket?

Loose stems: Generally speaking you can expect around 150 stems per bucket, but it depends somewhat based upon the varieties that you choose.

Bouquets: We can make 5 large centerpiece-size bouquets per bucket, or we can make some of the bouquets smaller (for example, we often see 1 bucket of bouquets split between 1 large bridal bouquet plus 6 or 7 smaller bridesmaids bouquets).

Vase Arrangements: If we are custom filling bud vases for you, we will ask you to bring your vases to your consultation. We will look at your vases with you and let you how many buckets are needed. We can make 5 or 6 large centerpiece-size vase arrangements using 1 bucket, or we can fill up to 40 or 50 small bud vases using 1 bucket (if the vases are small and you only want a few stems in each small bud vase). Typically, most groups bring a mix of both large and small vases - and we fill them all!

4. How many buckets do I need?

We see orders ranging from 1 bucket up to over 10 buckets. Typically for most groups, 3 or 4 buckets is usually perfect - that is still A LOT of flowers! We recommend that you order just a couple of buckets ahead of time, and get your appointments scheduled so that we have you in our system. You can always increase or decrease your order before your pick-up!

5. How does the process work?

We recommend that you schedule 2 appointments through our Calendly portal – one for your “Event flower consultation” when you can visit the farm around a week or two before you need the flowers, take a guided tour, and make your selections of which types/colors/varieties you want. If you prefer to do your consultation over the phone, that is an option you can select when you set the consultation appointment – we can do facetime or we can text photos to you.

The second appointment you need to schedule is for your “Event flower pick-up”. We like to have at least 48 hours between the consultation and the pick-up to give us time to prepare your order.

Here is the link to schedule these appointments.

6. Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes. There is an option to select "Phone Call" when scheduling your consultation. We will give you a call to discuss your needs. We can do a video call and we can also text or email photos from the current harvest so that you may make your selections remotely instead of doing an on-site visit.

7. Can I do multiple consultations?

Yes. You are welcome to schedule as many consultations, as far in advance of your pick-up as you would like! We love talking about flowers.

8. When can I schedule my appointments?

You can schedule your appointments any time, and Calendly makes it very easy reschedule if you need. We try to be very flexible and offer lots of windows for appointments on both weekends and weekdays during the season.

9. Do I have to place an order before I make my consultation?

No. You are welcome to schedule your appointments before placing an order if you like! However, we do generally recommend ordering 1 or 2 buckets ahead of time, and get your appointments scheduled so that we have you fully in our planning system. You can always increase or decrease your order after your consulation.

10. Can I increase or decrease my order?

Yes, you can always increase or decrease your order - it is common for folks to adjust their order after making selections and customizations during the consultation.

11. How far in advance of my Event date should I pick up my flowers?

If you are picking up loose stems and you plan to build your own arrangements and bouquets, we recommend picking up 1 or 2 days in advance to give yourself enough time to work with the material. For bouquets and vase arrangements, you are welcome to pick them up on the day of your event, or a few days prior. Vase life for our cut flowers is typically up to 2 weeks when the flowers are kept hydrated and out of direct sun.

12. Do you offer delivery or can I pick up my order at Farmers Market?

We do not offer delivery at this time.

Yes. You may select to pick up your flowers at one of our farmers market locations if you prefer. Most orders are picked up at the farm so that the flowers stay hydrated in our cooler until you need them.
